TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROFITSMAX AI TRADING SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ProfitsMAX AI by Veriton Technologies. Our fully automated AI-driven trading service. This Agreement governs your use of our service, outlining your responsibilities, rules, and the limitations of what we provide.

By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Important Risk Notice: Trading carries significant risk and may not be suitable for everyone. While our AI has historically delivered consistent results for many clients, past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. You acknowledge that trading outcomes may vary and that you assume full responsibility for any financial losses.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGREEMENT TO TERMS

To use ProfitsMAX AI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Have a funded MT4/MT5 trading account with a compatible broker.
  • Understand the risks of Forex trading and accept them fully.
  • Recognize that we do not offer financial advice. All trading is at your own risk.

By signing up, you agree that:

  • You understand and accept the risks involved.
  • You will not hold Veriton Technologies liable for any losses.
  • You are providing MT4/MT5 login credentials only for trade execution purposes.

3. HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

  • Access: We place trades on your account using the credentials you provide. We cannot deposit, withdraw, or move funds.
  • Execution: Trades are executed based on our proprietary AI strategies, factoring in market conditions and risk management.
  • Monitoring: Positions are monitored and adjusted as needed to optimize performance.

We do not provide:

  • Guaranteed profits.
  • Financial advisory services.
  • Responsibility for broker-related issues (execution speed, spreads, slippage, fees).

4. PERFORMANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

  • Potential Returns: Historical client returns have varied; some months may be higher, others lower, and some may produce losses.
  • Drawdown Limit: A 50% maximum drawdown cap is enforced. If reached, trading pauses until written consent is given to resume.
  • Limitations: Sudden market moves or extreme volatility may cause drawdowns beyond 50% before intervention is possible.

5. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY

By providing your credentials, you agree that:

  • We can only execute trades. We have no access to your funds.
  • You may revoke access at any time by changing your password (service stops immediately).
  • We do not collect or store your banking details.

6. FEES & COSTS

Our pricing may include one or more of the following:

  • Profit Sharing: A percentage of net profits generated.
  • Fixed Monthly Fee: A set subscription rate.
  • Performance-Based Fee: Fees calculated using a high-water mark system.

Additional costs such as broker spreads, commissions, swaps, or platform fees are your responsibility. Non-payment may result in suspension of service.

7. TRADING STRATEGY & CONDITIONS

  • Built on AI-powered technical analysis, market structure, and trend-based strategies.
  • Risk controls are in place to minimize potential losses.
  • Market performance may vary. Profits are not constant and losses can occur.

8. TRADE INTERFERENCE POLICY

You must not manually interfere with ongoing trades or open new trades on the account submitted to us. If you do:

  • Our trading will be disabled.
  • All setups will be removed.
  • A new setup fee will be required to resume service.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Your Rights:

  • Cancel at any time by changing your MT4/MT5 password or notifying us directly.

Our Rights:

  • Suspend or terminate service for non-payment, suspicious activity, or extreme market risk.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using ProfitsMAX AI, you agree that:

  • Trading is risky and you bear all losses.
  • We are not responsible for broker issues, execution delays, slippage, or market volatility.
  • All fees (setup, subscription, profit share) are non-refundable.

  • Your credentials are used only for trade execution.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

15. AGREEMENT

By subscribing to ProfitsMAX AI, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these terms.
  • Accept that trading profits are not guaranteed.
  • Understand that there are no refunds.
